We're Hiring a Lead Install HVAC Technician

Bradley Mechanical is looking for their next Lead Install HVAC Technician. Since 1969, we’ve been providing quality HVAC, plumbing and electrical service to our customers. Our attention to detail and exceptional service has helped thousands of families across Central Virginia with better comfort, energy efficiency and improved indoor air quality.

Experience

Lead HVAC Installer with a minimum 5 years or more of installation experience as the Lead mechanic. Leading a crew with the ability to start and finish a job within the time frame allowed.

Customer Service

Many HVAC installers need to work directly with homeowners and building owners, maintenance workers and more. Being friendly and approachable and a good communicator is a needed skill.

Attention to Detail

HVAC systems can be precise mechanisms. Careful observation is needed and attention to details are of the upmost importance.

Dexterity

HVAC installers need good manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and reach into small spaces.

Mechanical Skills

HVAC installers work with complicated machines. Understanding the pieces and tools needed to maintain and install these machines is crucial.

Strength

HVAC installers need strength to lift heavy parts and equipment.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: Up to $35.00 (based on experience)
Bonus: $2,000 sign-on bonus (details to be discussed during the interview)
