We take great pride in our air conditioning installation services. The most important day in the life of your cooling system is the day that it is installed. An improper AC installation can result in a litany of problems that can cost you money in the future. That means our staff always follow a rigorous and thorough process to ensure that your cooling system performs perfectly when it is installed. We always take our time and get the job done right to protect you from premature system failure due to faulty setup.

Our AC Installation Process

  • Coil Care: We start by making sure to braze the outdoor and indoor coils in your AC system. This way we can purge the system with nitrogen to prevent oxidation. This step is very important because it prevents contaminants from restricting refrigerant flow. When contaminants are present in your cooling line it can cause clogging of the compressor, expansion valves, and other components that often lead to premature AC system failure. We take great care during the install process to ensure the longevity and efficiency of your new air conditioning unit.
  • Pressurization: We always make sure your air conditioning system is pressurized correctly. Pressurizing with nitrogen at the right levels will allow the system to remain dry and clear of contaminations during the AC installation process.
  • Vacuum & Moisture Check: We always vacuum your AC system to remove further water and moisture. This is where most HVAC technicians fail to do their due diligence. This step is especially important because it prevents the refrigerant from mixing with moisture in the air, which can cause your system to “freeze-up”. If this process happens due to improper vacuuming, significant damage to your expansion valves or cap tube will take place. In addition to this, whenever refrigerants and moisture mix, it causes a chemical reaction to take place. This reaction creates acids that can corrode and form deposits in critical areas of your system causing it to fail.
