Cover All Your Bases With A Detailed Report

home performance tests combustion analysis

When you schedule a home visit with Bradley Mechanical, you can get a detailed report on the state of your building. Homeowners in Richmond and Central Virginia trust us to provide a full detailed analysis of their building conditions. Customers know to expect excellent service when they invite a technician from Bradley Mechanical into their home.

What To Expect From Your Home Visit

At Bradley Mechanical, our detailed reports are created for each client based upon findings uncovered at the site visit. You can expect most visits to take about an hour and a half. It is important that homeowners are present during the site visit as they are a valuable source of information — we even perform a brief client interview with homeowners to establish the main pain points and why they requested the Home Test. Our technicians know how to ask good questions that can document the history behind the issues we see. This will also help us determine building age, type, bedrooms, and square footage.
