Bradley Mechanical Is Dedicated To Your Health And Safety

home performance services health and safety

Bradley Mechanical is dedicated to offering services with health and safety at the forefront. This is the most important part of any of our Home Tests or check-ups. Our guiding principle is always to first and foremost make sure there is no immediate threat to the residents. During this test, we are constantly scanning the entire home for visual clues to flag and alert our clients to potential issues.

Health And Safety Inspection

If there is an issue with your health and safety inspection it will most likely fall into one of the following categories: electrical, poor indoor air quality, moisture issues, CO poisoning, fire hazard, or structural hazard. Some of these issues may require a more detailed, in-depth inspection.

It’s always important to get a routine health and safety inspection because problems can go unnoticed to an untrained eye. One of our technicians had a client with a plumbing leak that went unnoticed inside of a wall and created a mold bloom. If this had gone unnoticed it could have created a major negative impact on indoor air quality and affected the health of the resident. Another issue we have seen is a homeowner that replaced his dryer himself but added a vinyl duct that was three times longer than it needed to be. This extended drying times and posed a serious fire hazard.
